A record total of food and funds was raised to fight local hunger during the Minnesota FoodShare March Campaign.
The 27th annual Hastings Tastings event on Monday evening, March 25, was the second largest in history bringing together businesses, volunteers, donors, and community members to fight hunger in the Hastings area.
All monetary gifts and pounds of food and care items collected through April 6 will be proportionately matched by Minnesota Foodshare to support HFS food programs, making an even greater impact.
A record $130,000 was raised to benefit Hastings Family Service at the annual Thanksgiving morning race.
A beautiful Thanksgiving Day brought well over 3,000 people to Historic Downtown Hastings in support of Hastings Family Service.
