Share Help and Hope in July to Make a Greater Impact
For many families summer budgets become stretched with kids out of school and childcare costs. On top of rising prices, the need for healthy and nutritious foods increases. Every gift received July 1-31, 2024, will be proportionately matched by Open Your Heart to the Hungry and Homeless. With a $40 donation HFS can feed a family of four for an entire week, stretching your generosity.
Share a gift through the Donate button below. Gifts can also be mailed to Hastings Family Service or dropped into a secured outdoor drop box at the Rivertown Treasures thrift store entrance (301 2nd Street East).
Folks are also invited to attend a variety of Sip, Dine, and Donate events in Hastings to benefit HFS in July!

Hastings Family Service welcomes donations of non-perishable food items and fresh produce. Please look at our Most Needed Items to see what our current needs are.
Gifts of Clothing and Household Goods
Rivertown Treasures Thrift Store accepts new and gently used clothing and household donations January-November each year. Please visit the Donation Center page for current hours and donation guide. Please note clothing and household donations are not accepted during the month of December due to Project Share.
