Food Programs Manager
Hastings Family Service is growing our food programs staff in response to unprecedented growth in need, and has an immediate opening for a Food Programs Manager. The successful candidate is responsible for leading staff and volunteers in the daily operation of hunger relief programs, managing the onsite Market food shelf programs and food outreach programs. This position will supervise and collaborate with the Logistics/Inventory Coordinator on food sourcing, incoming and outgoing inventory, and warehouse operations. This role contributes to the overall strategic direction of food programs, assisting with program development, delivery and positive impact while championing our values of respect, generosity, and inclusion.

Logistics and Inventory Coordinator
Hastings Family Service is growing our food programs staff in response to unprecedented growth in need, and has an immediate opening for a newly-created Logistics & Inventory Coordinator position. The successful candidate is responsible for daily oversight of food rescue operations, food safety, inventory rotation, staging, sorting and storing food as well as the distribution of food through outreach programs. This role requires a positive team leader with strong program experience and exceptional communication and people skills to assist, support and empower volunteers to serve neighbors in a respectful and non-judgemental manner. This position is located primarily in a warehouse setting and requires a balance of strategic oversight with frequent stints of manual labor to assist in the receiving and distribution of food.
