Hastings Family Service is a community nonprofit seeking a Program and Retail Coordinator for our Rivertown Treasures (RTT) thrift store and seasonal voucher program. Responsibilities include coordinating a voucher program and managing all aspects of thrift store operations and inventory/warehouse management to achieve the mission of the agency. The RTT Program & Retail Coordinator enjoys multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and working with people of all ages and backgrounds including volunteers, customers, and neighbors in need of assistance. A successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of relevant experience and excellent communication and customer service skills. Previous supervisory experience, working with volunteers, and work experience within a social services nonprofit and/or retail setting preferred.
Rivertown Treasures is a volunteer-run thrift store and is also a program of Hastings Family Service, providing free clothing and household items to individuals and families in need of assistance. The revenues generated from the store help to fund additional HFS programs including the Market food shelf.
