Hastings Family Service is grateful to the local community for its incredible support during the Open Your Heart July Summer Challenge. A record-breaking $113,140 was raised to receive a proportionate match from Open Your Heart to the Hungry and Homeless. HFS Executive Director Amy Sutton indicates, “This generosity speaks to the heart of this community. So many have stepped up to help neighbors at a time when their own budgets are being impacted by higher costs of living. HFS is fortunate to be part of a supportive community that comes together to care for one another, time and time again, to provide access to help and hope.”
