26th Annual Gobble Gait Raises Record Amount for Hastings Family Service

Four individuals together holding a large check made out to Hastings Family Service from Gobble Gait LLC for $130,000.

A record $130,000 was raised to benefit Hastings Family Service (HFS) at the 26th annual Gobble Gait held on Thanksgiving morning. Gobble Gait organizers would like to thank presenting sponsors Edward Jones-Abra Hovgaard, North American Banking Company, and all sponsors for supporting this event, as well as the over 3,000 registrants, volunteers, spectators, staff members, and community for their support.

“We’re so fortunate to be in such a generous community that gets behind this event year after year. This record donation to HFS comes at a perfect time to help with increased needs for food and services, providing a local resource for help and hope to families,” indicates Kelly Carter, HFS development and community relations coordinator.

Those interested can stay in touch with next year’s race information at gobblegait.com.
