 dwide and the premise is simple: guests choose a handmade bowl to use that
  evening and take home as a reminder that there are always Empty Bowls in 
 the world. The suggested minimum donation is $15 in exchange for a meal an
 d the bowl as a keepsake. The proceeds from Empty Bowls will be split betw
 een Hastings Family Service and Heifer International. The Empty Bowls goal
  this year is to raise $5\,000 or more! \n\nFor more information or to mak
